The Big Plunge!
Some of my friends and I took a big plunge into the new year. We started our day with a cold dip into Lake Lure for the 5th Annual Polar Bear Plunge.

I had three friends with me today. We had a lot of laughs. We were all dressed up in various costumes… I only have a picture of Danielle and me right now. Hopefully I will have others soon.
After getting cleaned up and warm I headed over to Kathryn’s where we had a feast of delicious food and Bloody Mary’s! She always put up lovely “Resolution Trees”.
I picked two resolutions:
Be patient
Stop Complaining

Glad you enjoyed the plunge, Laura. I wish I could have seen that. Nice resolutions too. Personally, I like complaining. I consider it therapeutic relief.
