The countdown begins!

The race is just a few days away and I am so excited. The race is right around the corner! There is still work to do this week. I have to stay focused on eating good food and getting my last few workouts in.

Tonight was 4.25 miles
Tomorrow: 3 miles w/strides (short fast bursts 3 times within the 3 miles)
Thursday: 2 miles w/strides

Friday REST
Saturday – big day

I am still worried about the hill across the bridge as I have not really done any hills at all. I am just going to stay and get to the top!

I am looking forward to all the festivities around the race as well. It looks like it will be a great time!
