Heart Rate Training

The cardio portion of Core Performance right now is focused on heart rate training rather than mileage. Each day I have to run or do another cardio workout and get my heartrate up into specific zones and then recover in between. Sue and I went to the back parking lot and used it as a track to do our intervals. I haven’t done sprints in awhile so it was tough, but good.

I hope the weather holds up because it was the perfect day for running!
