I decided for a different workout tonight. I wanted to do some circuit training and I remember something I bought a few months ago… Jillian Michael’s Hot Bod in a Box. yes, it might sound corny, but it’s no joke. There are cards with exercise descriptions and photos. then there are cards with the circuits that tell you which exercises to do in what order. Between each circuit you have to do some sort of cardio like sprinting on the treadmill or jumping rope.
I did Workout #1:
There were 5 circuits in all. In between I had to do 1 minute sprints at 7mph and jumping rope. I was dripping sweat!!!
This workout what what I needed. I had a decent run at lunch for 30 minutes, but I didn’t push as hard as I should have. It was hot and I still had to work.
I made a delicious taco salad for dinner – I have been craving one for a couple of days and I finally made a stop at the store. I needed some refried beans and an avocado to make it complete. I was good, but I ate too much!
I just took a refreshing shower and it’s time to read some blogs.
