WOW – I forgot how hard plyo was… well, not really… I KNEW it was going to be hard, but every time I start it I think I will be better at it. There is always a move that kicks my butt. Several of them did today, particularly; squat jacks, run-stance squat switch pick-ups (yes, I know, they even SOUND ridiculous), and it’s sister move in the next sequence the run squat 180 jump squats. Jumping and squatting seem to be the killers today.
Tomorrow I am on to Shoulders and Arms for P90X and some cardio at lunch, probably the elliptical machine.
I am ready to get this week started!
