Whole30 – Day 32

I am moving right along… adding exercise has been good so far. I feel hungry more often, which makes sense.

Goal for the month:
Lose 8 pounds of fat
Become proficient basic Olympic lifts
Hold plank for 2 minutes and 15 seconds

Action Plan:
Continue on Whole 30
Yoga 2x per week
Weightlifting 2x per week
Plank hold 2x per week (increase time each session)
Tabata/HITT/Crossfit – 1x per week (<20 minute workout)
Run 1x per week

Food Log:
7:00AM – eggs and spinach
12:30PM – roast beef mushroom with asparagus and spinach
8:00PM – pork stir-fry with swiss chard, red bell pepper and zucchini
