Back pain better!

After a session with Michelle, yoga and three sessions of back exercises and stretches it seems that I am finally getting better. The pain is nearly gone. I actually feel most of my soreness now in my hip flexors – I have no idea why. I am just happy I am able to move around freely again.

Food Log:
7:00AM – eggs and spinach
10:00AM – jerky
1:00PM – meatballs and spaghetti squash
6:30PM – turkey burgers, bacon, avocado and salad
