Love yoga days! Class was small today so we got some special instruction. It was fun learning the little things that make the poses just that much harder! It is surprising how slight little adjustments can make sure a difference. I think I will be feeling it tomorrow.
7:00AM – eggs and spaghetti squash (surprisingly good)
12:00PM – peach and coconut butter (yet another lovely combination)
4:00PM – leftover turkey burgers, avocado and tomato
8:00PM – pork chop and spaghetti squash ( I made a lot this week!)
Intervals on the stationary bike at work (part of a fitness challenge at work)
