Whole42 – Day 41

Only after two days of being back on Whole30 I feel better. Why? Apparently I need a plan. I need to know that I have committed to something and will stay focused. Just like running – I have a hard time running for “no reason”. I need a goal and I need data to track. Those things validate my hard work. It is silly I know, but for some reason it works for me. I am definitely not a “fly by the seat of my pants” girl. I like a plan.

Food:
chicken and pumpkin spiced latte
tuna, apple, pecans
jerky stick and coconut flakes
eggs and asparagus

Pumpkin Spiced Latte… me oh my. It was good. I found a recipe on Pinterest and actually made it!

Activity:
Yoga
Whew – it was tough tonight. Michelle is challenging us more and more, plus my poor legs were very sore from yesterday’s SL5x5 workout. I had a hard time holding the lunges tonight, but I did.

Mental:
I started listening to some music on the way to work but I decided I liked the peace and quiet. Same coming home. Sometimes it is nice not to have any noise.
